At Babyfinger Kids Boutique, we take care to ensure your orders are packed safely and delivered to you on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Processing Time
- All ready-made items will be shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order dresses may take 7–14 business days (depending on design and size).
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Shipping Partners
- We use trusted courier services such as DTDC, India Post, BlueDart, or Delhivery for safe delivery.
- The choice of courier partner depends on the delivery location and service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary based on the delivery location, package weight, and size.
- Any additional courier charges (for exchanges or reshipments) must be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery Time
- Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days depending on the destination.
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons like weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues.
- Babyfinger Kids Boutique is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.
5. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link on the courier’s website.
6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
- Please make sure the shipping address and contact number provided are correct and complete.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability, the reshipping cost will be charged again to the customer.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, we offer shipping within India only. For special requests outside India, please contact us directly.
