Terms & Conditions – Babyfinger Kids Boutique.

  Welcome to Babyfinger Kids Boutique. By placing an order or making a payment with us (online or offline), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full in advance through PhonePe, GPay, or other approved payment methods.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include only the product cost unless stated otherwise (shipping or customization charges are extra).

2. Products

  • All our products are made and sold as described in the product details.
  • Slight differences in color, fabric texture, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or fabric availability.
  • Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly depending on stitching and fabric stretch.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photo or video proof.
  • Size exchanges may be possible if the requested size is available, but the customer must bear courier/shipping charges both ways.
  • Customized or altered outfits cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Orders under processing or shipping cannot be modified or stopped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier service and destination.
  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
  • Babyfinger Kids Boutique is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage after dispatch.

6. Liability

  • Kids Boutique is not responsible for incorrect size selection, color variation, or misuse of the product after delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and contact information.

7. Privacy

  • Customer details such as name, address, and phone number will be used only for order fulfillment and communication.
  • We do not share customer data with third parties except courier partners for delivery.
